Our hassle-free Advance Replacement Warranty gives you peace of mind and lowers your total cost of ownership. As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, you automatically get the following coverage when you purchase from 2NDGEAR:

• 3-Year Warranty* on: Laptops, Desktops, LCD Monitors, Servers and Networking Equipment
• 2-Year Warranty on Storage products
• 90-Day Warranty on Laptop batteries

*2NDGEAR’s 3-Year Warranty is included on most, but not all laptops, desktops, LCD monitors, servers, and networking equipment. Length of warranty can vary depending on product and/or promotion. 2NDGEAR provides an advance replacement warranty at no cost to you for replacing parts and equipment covered under our warranty terms. In the event of a product defect, we will ship your replacement product before your return arrives at our Tech Center and within 48 hours of your request.

2NDGEAR will cover the cost of shipping, parts & labor for products under warranty during the respective coverage period.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and work hard to ensure that all equipment concerns are resolved quickly and completely. Our team will help you troubleshoot any problems you experience with the equipment.

If for any reason we cannot fix your particular situation you can request an authorized RMA number from our customer service portal or by contacting a customer service representative at +1 (800) 506-6704.

Once you have an RMA number, we will promptly ship an exact product replacement to you at no charge. In stock products will ship within 48 hours, however please contact customer service to determine the most accurate time-frame for the shipment of your replacement product.
