3-Year Warranty* on: Laptops, Desktops, LCD Monitors, Servers and Networking Equipment
2-Year Warranty on Storage products
90-Day Warranty on Laptop batteries

*2NDGEAR’s 3-Year Warranty is included on most, but not all laptops, desktops, LCD monitors, servers, and networking equipment. Length of warranty can vary depending on product and/or promotion. Simple Return and Replacement

We want you to love all of our products and services. If you find any issues with your product upon arrival, promptly call our Technical Support at 1 (800) 506-6704. If after the call, the issues still persist, then you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from your customer representative. This number acts as your authorization to return the equipment and our way of tracking your replacement.

Customer Service That Helps You

Upon receipt of your RMA number, your replacement equipment will be promptly shipped prior to our receiving of your defective equipment. In stock products will ship within 48 hours of the request. You will not be charged for any of the, shipping or parts and labor for products under warranty during the coverage period.
